How to order

Eight simple steps,
from choosing a piece to order confirmation.

The process is designed to stay straightforward on desktop or mobile. Made-to-order pieces generally require around 10–14 business days for production before courier delivery time is added.

Choose your piece

Open the Collection and select a product to see its images, intended use, dimensions, material notes, care instructions, and estimated production time.

Because reclaimed materials vary, the product you receive may differ slightly in color placement or texture from the sample photo.
The product form and intended function remain consistent.

Select quantity

Choose how many pieces you would like to order using the quantity control on the product page.

Ordering more than one piece does not necessarily mean every surface composition will be identical.

Add an order note

Use the Add Order Note field for a color preference, gifting note, or another relevant request. The note follows the order into checkout.

Color or pattern requests are subject to the reclaimed fabric available at the time.
Keep the note clear and practical so the team can understand the request easily.

Review your cart

Check the products, quantities, and notes in your cart. Make any final changes, then select Checkout to continue.

Shipping cost is calculated after the delivery address and courier are selected.

Enter shipping details

Fill in your name, email, phone number, and complete delivery address. These details are used for order confirmation, payment information, shipping, and tracking.

Double-check the address and contact number before continuing.
Signed in customers can use saved account details where available.

Choose a courier

Select one of the courier options shown at checkout based on the available delivery estimate and shipping cost.

Courier delivery time begins after production is complete for made-to-order pieces.

Complete payment

Choose one of the payment methods available at checkout and follow the instructions shown on the payment page. Order details and payment information may also be sent to your email.

Check your inbox and spam folder for payment or order confirmation messages.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the payment system used on the final website.

Order confirmed

Once payment is successful, your order is confirmed and can move into preparation or production. Tracking details will be sent after the order is handed to the courier.

Use Track Shipment or your Profile to follow the order once a tracking number is available.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact the support team within the period stated in the FAQ.
